Introducing the System Synergy Journal
A supportive workbook for people with dissociative identities—and the humans walking beside them.
For years, as a peer support worker exclusively for multiple systems, I’ve heard the same quiet need from systems and their supporters:
“We want something practical, but not pathologizing.”
“We need tools that understand how we actually work.”
“We’re tired of being handled by people who don’t know what they’re doing.”
So I created The System Synergy Journal—a structured yet flexible workbook that honors the complexity of dissociative experiences while staying deeply grounded in compassion, autonomy, and lived expertise.
This is the book I wanted to exist when I was first starting my recovery journey. I originally designed it for my one-on-one clients, but most multiple systems do not fit in a box, and I try to make my tools versatile to meet a large variety of people and systems exactly where they are.
I will say, for systems that are not very far along in their process, the workbook is most effectively utilized alongside a support person—whether it’s me, a therapist (who could also take my online course, dropping this week!!!) or just a loved one who wants to accompany you. However, for systems who are further along or who just want to dip their toes in before deciding what’s next…it’s a customized, lived-experience tool that will help anyone.
If all you ever do is work all the way through the “Addressing Mindsets” section which deals with denial, internal conflict, limiting beliefs, and self-hatred…I guarantee it will change your life.
At any rate, whether you're a multiple system navigating daily life, a therapist working to show up with more nuance, or a loved one who wants to understand and connect better—this journal was made for you.
Inside, you’ll find:
Weekly structure for systems who thrive with gentle rhythm
Reflection pages that invite collaboration and self-awareness
Prompts that support internal communication, regulation, and developing internal peace between parts
Space for the mess, too. This isn’t about being “good enough”—it’s about being real enough.
The System Synergy Journal is now available.
You can preview or purchase it here.
If you’ve been looking for a workbook that speaks your language—or finally gives your clients something that does—I hope you’ll check it out.
Cheers.
